He might be able to kick a football but how dumb is that.
Do we know what the site was? Do we know if he deliberately went there knowing it was Tier 2?
Yes we know the site. He went there for lunch. Idiot when the State is in lockdown.

Footballers are told not to take those risks.

What? He sat down, enjoyed how many courses & how many drinks?

Who has not gone somewhere / anywhere for some take away? Poor bugger, unlucky, not dumb, just honest.

No dumb. Take away is okay. Sit down lunch is a no no.

Not worth the risk and there was a risk as he is now barred from Tassie.

Oh and I don't and haven' t for months. Don't want to catch this disease and then infect my family.

nice big fat fine for Hind if he sat down and had lunch and a massive one for the restaurant if he did as well.

Oh Saynta, he didn't sit down. No one has in a month now. Wrong place, wrong time...poor bugger.

"Hind went to a supermarket at the Altona Gate Shopping Centre on Saturday, August 21 for a takeaway lunch"

Just some bad luck, didn't do anything wrong.

awful bad luck for him. but it also shows the whole covid restrictions are a mess.
he's been in contact with teammates after the event at training, sharing a gym and a changeroom, hugging and tackling. they're all going. it's a weird bloody world atm.

According to reports he only went to a supermarket in Altona which could happen to anybody. I feel bad for him.
And now he might miss finals altogether. Poor bloke.

I reckon all three of the names in this thread would have gone on to have an impact in finals, but now there's only one last man standing - Hickey!

He has tested negative and is not in isolation as it is a tier 2 site, it’s only the border rules that mean he can’t enter Tassie. Just bad luck.

This is true, if he had tested positive, the whole club would be in lockdown for two weeks. The finals in disarray, at least postponed or Essendon forfeiting.

Unlucky, he did the right thing by QR code. Could literally happen to any of us. I like Hind, he's a hard worker, I hope he gets a chance to show his wares in some finals.

Hind could play if Essendon wins. But I think his exposure was on Saturday. I don’t know where their next game would be and what the rules are for other states. If it’s 14 days he can’t play next week either.

Given their track record do you believe a negative test result for an Essendope player?

Unless it's Sunday, of course.
