Blokes like Maverick "the big bad wolf" Weller lack hunger. He's an automatic selection, week in week out... He's not under pressure. A raw guy like Connellan or Paton would be playing out of his skin to make an impression.

I don't know that I'd go that far, but how many kicks inside 50 has Geary had? I've counted at least three. He should be banned from kicking inside 50, as we know his kicking is far from precise. We need to have our good kicks finding our forwards in good position.
