1/4 time
Saints 2.2.14 v Tigers 5.1.31
Kicking out of their arses is not helping us.
Neither is running around like headless chooks.
A lot of players have hardly touched it

Oh my god.
So going to get smashed.
10 goal loss I’m tipping
Just bombing it in
No talks and second to the ball.

Someone had to stand up in the last 2 minutes . Dan Butler - well done ! Great tackle on Cotchin. Great little handball on the wing. Great gut-running to get to the drop and snap that goal.

We just played the worst 1/4 of footy played at the most important time. Apathetic Is the only way it could be described.

No they aren't. They do have a clear edge in composure, though, having been there and done that.

You know when they kick it near Brad Hill, he will never lay a tackle. He’s now known as a frikkin’ witches hat.

We look a little star struck
They just need to throw caution out and play
We have upside many haven’t touched it
Just stay close
And FFS in defence not everyone needs to fly !!!!
I think swing Geary back to lock down on Bolton ?
Where is Battle playing??? Get him forward

Would love to see Hill at least try kick those goals on the run from 55-60, he’s meant to be a sublime kick yeah?!

Apart from three fluke bounces, the main difference is the quality of the handball. We had three in the centre that went to them for three centre breaks and three goals.

What have I been saying about Savage all year. He's better than Long any day of the week.

That was close to our worst quarter of footy this year. We are incredibly lucky to be less than 3 goals behind.

Our defence looks like a total rabble.

So perhaps the only way is up. I certainly hope so.

Not getting close enough to the direct opponent

We look unstructured up forward
I’d throw Battle up there
Maybe Marsh back?? Speed and big enough to help out?

They’re incredible in the middle and completely outplaying us around forward of the centre where we just can’t move the ball forward without any degree of fluidity.

Passengers really stand out and unfortunately we’re carrying a few
Kent has been terrible... again so far

And Marsh... a lot of people felt bringing him in was a good move but he’s just not ready

All of that said... we’re just being beaten in the middle. All of our mids: Steele, Jones, Ross, Hanners, Hill etc
None of them are terrible but they’ve not been as good as their counterparts

The backline has missed Carlisle something shocking. They’re all going up.
