Agree, didn't Lonie & Sinclair, benefit having Schneids in the team beside them? As they both said in interviews, Schneider was their mentor and such a help out on the ground. No wonder both of them had good first years with Schneider's guidance and presence on the ground. Schneider took a better player on him - thus away from them. Me thinks Schneids influence on an off the field has been missed this season for those 2 lads.
