The video really didn't mention much about training but was entertaining for the simple fact that Mark Robinson is mouthing Jon Ralph's lines at the beginning of the video.

Sounds like Jack Steven was having his ankle tested.
Hopefully he will be fit to play for Sandy on Sunday.
