Well the modern day game is all about pressure, and we've had no scoreboard pressure whatsoever, That will improve when the players that we have out come back.
We were always going to be inconsistent this year and probably next. the year following maybe maybe not, Its just hard to watch when were down.
The positives are there though, the kids will improve, we have more draft options coming and at some stage we'll compete for a FA

We are miles off top 4. In fact we are miles off 12th (Collingwood). Geelong really should be down at 13th with us. But take out Joey, Roo, Dempster and Fisher and we are miles off emerging young sides like Pies/GWS/Dogs. We will need more than just picks 6 & 24 in this years draft to be competitive.

Last year we were 18th from 18. So yes we are much improved. But not a very high bench mark.
