Got it ,, looks like its all there . It isnt really the boat being slow , it's the fact that the local posties rip open everything and then calculate tax on everything to be paid ,,,,, scarf was valued at 33,000VND ,, or $3 ozzie . tax was 10% ,,, you beauty mate ,,
