Has anyone else had a bad experience with the Online shop?

I added a RH #35 guernsey to the shopping basket, then returned to add more merchandise (pressing the correct in page buttons along the way and not just using the browser back key). Chose a cap and proceeded to the checkout and bam! Nothing in my shopping cart!

I worry with our finances as precarious as they are, it's putting off less determined purchasers than me...

Hopefully Saints Media is reading this and can investigate....

I could have been using IE or Firefox as I flit between both. I prefer Firefox, but need to use IE when viewing videos on Saintscentral...

if you'd like to be sure that Saints media is reading- post it on SCentral

are yu thinking it's just an internet prob?

St fid has obviously just done a purchase maybe Pm him .
