How do the Saints play in WA?

On the weekend of March 14-15 there is a chance that the mighty, mighty will play in Bunbury, WA.

does anyone know what must happen, who must win/lose, for this to happen?

i know a while back there was a fixture released of who would play whom and where but i can't seem to find it.
