Yes, we had a terrible first half, but brisbane also let us back into the game in the 2nd half.
I think that Gilbert should be given a chance to prove himself as a forward. He had terrible delivery into the forward line, reminiscent of the ol' 'bomb it to plugger' days. He will work well as the 3rd tall, as he will exploit many 3rd tier defenders (as many clubs, bar Geelong and St Kilda, don't really have 3 equally good key defenders), and with Milney or Steven crumbing around Rooey, Kosi or Gilbert/Lynch's feet, how can you guys complain?
Also Zac Dawson has been given too harsh a treatment on here. He backed back into packs, and yes, occasionaly he spoiled his teammate (he also spoiled Brisbane's players too), but if it were Goose doing this, we'd all be singing his praises.
