This might help http://melbourne.citysearch.com.au/tvguide.
It can be used for all free to air and pay channels.

Saw the first qtr befor falling asleep.
Raph was in defence and did some very nice work.
Made a smother as a Crow was snapping for goal and some very quick handballs out of defence.
Seemed to be make quick and decisive decisions.
Promising.
Lrts hope the Raph haters here and at our games are made to STFU all season and eat their stupid hate filled vitriol.

All stars won easily, played with plenty of pride and effort - first to the football most times and more than their fari share of 50/50 ball.
They looked light compared to the crows but did some pretty flash things, great handling when it got a little damp. I thought the Collingwood effort was better , they looked slicker.
Austin W. looked terrific - real live wire. Lindsay Thomas was pretty good in the last Q.
Raph looked really solid (body wise and football-wise) and seemed calm and in control down back. Nothing leaps out as brilliant. I got really excited when I saw #16 do some really quick and creative things but it was Danyle Pearce. I think Raph wore 28.
A caveat - the games were on at the same time while I as tidying my kitchen and I was flicking back and forwards between allstars, Colllingwood game, super league and Rage. I was also slightly incapacitated by a bad batch of red wine which didn't help.

Raph looked really good. He was the general down back and he seemed like a real leader.
I also got confused by number 16 from time to time

agreed, made the regular commentators look very very good.St Fidelius wrote:An entertaining match, and we are very lucky that the ABC don't do the AFL in the main season.
They were shockers IMO
Look the conditions suited the all stars smalls so it's hard to really get a good read on the crows.
Of course the rain didn't help the tall all star players but raph looked under control, was the general in defence. Would like to see him take the dinky kick out of his game but apart from that it was a very good game in the wet from raph.
sheesh the all stars are fun to watch, made the pie eagles match look boring!

Thanks all for the reports. It's great when you have no idea what has gone on. Sounds like Raph had a good hit out. Will be interested to see how he is used this year - end of 08 he more than others is what led to Ross releasing BJ & grammy to mids.
Cheers

I've never seen a bad St.Kilda player - that's just how they are.
