NAB Cup on The Gold Coast

Myself and a mate will be heading up there for the week-end. Is anyone else going? Does anyone know whether there are any club functions or where our supporter groups may be meeting before and after the game for a sip?

It would be good to catch up with some SS people and put some faces to user names.

I dont think she will mind if I put her name forward. But you need to give Saint Bev a PM. She is the head honcho of the SE QLD Saints, tireless worker and avid supporter. They are organizing functions over the weekend, including supporters/club meet and greets at the Mermaid Surf Club.

After the game we meet at the Liars Bar in Broadbeach. There will be a breakfast with the players on Sunday morning, when the details are confirmed I will post here. Tickets for the game arn't on sale yet.

29th for tickets I read when I went looking- anyone have any idea of how much?

Thanks for that Saint Bev. I hope to meet yourself and a few others up there, probably the Liars Bar seems like the best bet.

I didn't mind that actually it created an interesting spectacle, from memory it was Ross Lyon's first game (pre season included) as coach and we kicked away to a 6 or 7 goal lead at half time and then scored 2 points for the remainder of the match. Also we played 11 unplayed players in that match.
