Heard from a VERY reliable source today the deal is done and dusted and all this smoke and mirrors stuff going on with the other clubs is exactly that.
I know everyone has a "reliable" source but I wouldn't post this if I hadn't heard it from the person who told me. In fact I was suprised they were so open about it! And no ,I won't name names.

As previously stated a 100 times over it cannot be done and dusted. There may be a clear understanding but you cannot be 100% assured of what any other club before us in the draft would do. Or even if the AFL will give him a clearance.
It may be 99% done but it cannot be guareenteed.

There are ONLY 2 possible reliable sources on this one.
One is taking a surfing holday in Queensalnd before being drafted.
So it had to be his manager Ricky Nixon.
That being the case, did Ricky also tell you which of his Irish horses would be stabled at St Kilda next year, and where the others would eat their hay.
