I've obviously got this wrong about the free stuff but......

Not that this is a huge deal, but I really thought when I renewed my membership last year nice and early that the scarfe and DVD would turn up before Xmas. I understood that the membership tickets and cap for reserved seat holders would turn up sometime in 2008.

Was I alone in thinking that or curiously, did others think they would also get the scarfe and DVD pre-Christmas? Before Xmas I looked at the board in case someone else queried it but didn't see anything

i believe the dvd etc will also arrive in february.

you had to sign before xmas to get the freebies, not that they would arrive by xmas.

Discriminates against our interstate members who take out membership to support the club but can never get to games.

it may be that interstate members will get theirs posted But victorians collected - or there maybe an option - just what I heard.

i signed up for the 'easy instalments ' ....but noticed this morning they took the full amount out in one hit

bit pissed about that just quietly

wanna be posting mine out or they'll get another serve after the one they are going to get

Same thing happened to me in November - contact the membership department and they will reimburse the entire amount, and put you on the easy payment plan. This happened to me re-joining using the internet - and I believe to be a ticketmaster (or whatever it is) glitch not StKilda.

Ticketmaster or not Stkilda mad ethe offer they have to take responsibility for the stuff up.
IT is then up to the club to work out the arrangement with ticket master

yeh if there doing it like the demons they will be getting you to pick it up during the season cause round one last year against the dees they had a whole lot of fans lining up to get theres bit hectic would personally rather mail.

just on the membership my father inlaw got his Geelong membership sent out to him last week and hes also in perth but we have to wait til feb ?? maybe geelong aint only ahead of us in the premiership race
