THE AFL has written to clubs to confirm the pre-season supplemental selection period (SSP) rules for this summer.
Clubs have been advised the SSP will commence at 9am AEDT on Monday, November 27 and run across the pre-season before the deadline at 5pm AEDT on Monday, February 19.
(Not that the SSP matters to the Saints with a full list, unless disaster strikes and we get an LTI during the SSP time frame).
Not sure what happens regards covering for injuries if the TPP is already maxed out.
