Certainly would have, in fact did question recruiting Wood.

Wood always had talent, was injury prone and I believe his physical attack at the contest was not what it is now.

But for everyone Mason Wood feel good story, there would be 100 Shaun McKernans & James Frawley outcomes.

The protagonists in this story are Dow who is average and a down grade on Crouch & Ross and Koschitzke who is less than average and depth only IMO.
