The boys are back! We bloody won again.



Great perseverance by us. But fair dinkum, the Swines were undermanned for key forwards and key backs. And Flakey looked out of it long before The Butler caught up with him.

One thing I will say about last night was Wilkie … man was he a find

My respect for his football smarts grows every week… if that’s possible
We have lacked on field leaders in recent years and this bloke has grown into AA captain material. Setting a standard where he’s dragging his team mates to be better.

Respect.

Think it was the 'Covid season'(?) Wilkie left his man to intercept an incoming ground ball. It clean bowled him.

That's pretty much the only error he's made since debuting. (Against the Wogans, as part of a severely injury-depleted backline.)

Callum Wilkie. Pick 3 in the 2019 rookie daft. Every club overlooked him in the previous four daft periods.

Just goes to show that you don't need a top 5 pick to select a champion player.
