2. Jade Gresham. Brought the effort we were hoping for.

2. Mich Owens. Crashes packs. Rucks. Kicks 60m goals.

1. Hunter Clark. Getting back to his best.

1. Brad Hill. Lovely skills.

Apologies to Marshall etc.

Based on his last few performances he deserved to be dropped. But was given a chance and made the most of it. I didn't include him in my votes but would have been next in line.

Carlton put immense pressure on Higgins (rightly so), so Butler and Gresh needed to step up and they did.

How many times do people need to be told there is no e in Hunter’s surname!
Raph and Xavier on the other hand have been gone over a decade,

5 - Owens (clearly our bog in 1st half, then goaled and ruck rover 2nd half)
4. Sinclair (zen like composure)
3- Wood (ever reliable skilled warrior)
2. Hill (2nd half tireless)
1. Byrnes (key part of running game plan)

Not "Simon Templar". He was here first. Please change my username to Bumstead and if possible make me one of those very large sandwiches, thanks!

Not a lot of love for Hunter. Thought he was our most important mid in the first half. I usually wait to watch the whole replay once my emotions have settled but stuff it. I just checked his stats. 20 disposals. Only one less than Hill.

He does things when we need him.

Kicked a snag 😀 Second highest today for metres gained and lots of inside 50’s

4 Owens
3 Clark
2 Marshall
2 Sincs
1 Ross
1 Ronnie
1 Wood
1 Membrey

Michito was amazing. Highest tackle numbers for any Saints player today

He had 7 tackles. 3 of the tackles were in the forward 50

He had 7 score involvements. He had 4 inside 50’s and kicked 2 individual goals

His goal on the run from outside 50 would have won goal of the week any other week, but the commentators wet themselves over Charlie Cameron’s goal so maybe he misses out. Would have been a contender for goal of the year probably
