Seb must be the most unfairly maligned player this site has ever known.

He’s no champion but he’s a very solid B grader who is A grade at his peak.

Fit, strong, tough, quality person & team mate.

Doesn’t have great disposal and that’s why he’s not A grade, but he is referred on this site like he’s a dud.

Hunter Clark wants to be A grade and fulfill his potential he could learn a bit about preparation from Seb.

Let's remember when Ratten's contract was extended we were 8 and 3 and looking very likely for finals.

As I recall he was signed after the Carlton game which took us to 9 and 6.

Was that when it was signed or announced?
May be two different time lines.

I recall speculation BR had been extended but the club did not want to announce on the back of 3 or so losses.

I don’t recall any speculation. If they signed him when we were 8 and 3 what benefit would there be in delaying the announcement?
