Kent won't get a gig I think Dunstan is already thinking about his next club, Billings well what more can say I've been a supporter but maybe it's time to rethink.

Saints 42 tackles and Steele has 10 of them.
Small forward Higgins, Butler, Long and Billings have 1 between them. Great effort fellas.

Ben Long hasn't gone near it, either. There's been a complete lack of synergy tonight. It's like every player has moved to the wrong position all night.

I’ve never seen a player like Kent. Blokes like Saad Milera Trianedes Devonport Healy McLaren and so on were battlers but they all had a special talent. He has nothing zero nought.

Last week Steele had a quarter of the tackles for the whole team

What is the actual point of selecting Hunter???

Carlton we knew had 1 ruckman, who we know Marshall was better than!

Why pick a Gumby when you don’t need to

I feel for Ratta. He has to face the media and send a message to us members after the game.
Surely it will impact his sense of well-being nearly as much as that of Saints members.

I think I’m done. I’m not sure I can take any more. Been wedded to the Saints since 1965. It just doesn’t seem to matter any more. Got a Fitzroy feel about it

Wow they are playing for draft picks now.

The only players to have a go for the 3 quarters have been Steele & Jones.

The rest of the team have given a half arsed effort.

Ratten should hand his pay to a charity this week. I know he doesnt have much to work with, but his selections and tactical moves have been really poor.

Why did we totally change our delivery inside 50 after quarter time??

Where is Ross playing? Haven’t seen his all quarter. AFL app says 1 touch this quarter

Is not near Cripps
Is not near Walsh
Not in the middle, up forward or back

The only place I get a glimpse of him is the far side of the centre square at ball ups, standing by himself and not moving
Shoosh you. Saynta will get all cranky at you and tell you about his b n f’s. Compelling argument. As usually …
Not.

And here it is again. Ross and Dunstan in the same midfield. No skill, no pace, little desire (pass for Dunstan in tight - does put his head over it .. but that’s where it ends). Seb however, 🤮

We’ve been slaughtered by a team with no ruckman
- At All. And a coach under siege with a board who hates each other and him.

How good?
Lol...

Here’s the thing, I’ve figured this out. Ross problem is... at least in this game, he has not worked hard at all. Has been completely content sitting with an opponent away in space, away from the play and has done NOTHING to hurt them the other way.
Simply comfortable guarding space, not taking the game on and claiming credit for playing on a man that is sitting in empty space.

I stand by my original post on the matter
How did it take you so long? Ross plays on his terms.

Best thing that happened tonight was on Foxtel at halftime - The last thing Roo said - straight down the barrel of the camera “Seb is a sub 10 min 3klm runner”. Even Saynta will be able to tell that was a direct “you’re goddam lazy and won’t use what you have to help your team unless it’s on your terms”.

I hope anyone & everyone I list management listens and acts.

Ans that’s how your beloved 2 time b n f winner is truly rated by someone from the inside that knows what it really takes.

So frees are 11-4 after half time another goal from a free makes it 5.

Marshall clearly didn't work on his evasive skills whilst he was in quarantine.

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

I really don't give a rat's any more.
I enjoyed seeing the guys (live) have a crack last week in Perth, as we had no game last year in Perth.
Great experience for me.

But this other rubbish? Nope
