I heard that the club is thinking on re draft Matty parker as a rookie he is still a great player and only 25 but i would hope we go for a few younger guys on the primary and rookie draft.
I know there are some young ruckman and Key Backs out there like Sam Skinner or Zach Sproule who we could rookie list or Oscar Mc Donald on primary/rookie list.

Be happy to have Parker back on our list.Brings a bit of x factor and this past season like many others didnt have the chance to show his wares because of covid lack of games

Number 34 strikes again! For number 34! That went down like a Jack Daniels kick...whoops...another 34!
Would be hard to see Marty being higher up on the list than Webster or Roberton..and perhaps a few others...but I just wonder. How does an opposition coach determine a match up for Marty Parker? He is kinda like a wild card?

Love what matty parker brings to the table is well liked and a fierce competitor and always team first, lets hope he gets redrafted by saints on rookie list.

Our recruiting staff are a lot smarter now so doubt Matty Parker will be high on their list. He does give his all but is not and never will be AFL standard. I would prefer them to redraft Jack Bell who may develop into a good ruckman but I imagine they have a list of players to add to an already improving list and they have a lot more information on the available young talent than us posters on here.

I feel that if they wanted to rookie/redraft Parker, they would have done it already.
Other clubs have backflipped on delisted players, and rookied them after the rule change.
Parker has already re-signed with South Fremantle, that to me is a sign that he won’t be coming back.

I don't mind what Matty Parker brings but have a big concern with his consistency.
He showed a bit in his first year but tended to fade badly in the second half of games, not sure if that's fitness, concentration, or both.
Unfortunately, he had an interrupted pre season with an injury, then covid hit.
He played 3 games this year but looked underdone.
A spot on the rookie list just may be a win win!

Picks 29, 33, 41, 42, 52, 54 have points 653 + 563 + 412 + 395 + 246 + 220 = 2489 points.
The Bulldogs will have all six of their picks wiped out by matching a first pick for Ugly.
All picks later than 54 will move forward 5 spaces.
PIcks 21, 64, 67 & 71 become 22, 59, 62 & 66 advancing points from 878 + 101+ 69 + 0 = 1048 to 845 + 158 + 123 + 80 = 1206 points
Those last 3 picks now have have points value 361
Bundle all 4 picks together for a club wanting late picks for an academy player and St Kilda could move up to a pick in the late teens on the night not back at about 27.

Explain this / his "X" factor please. Surely then every player who has actually done bugger all has "X" factor.
I loved Matty's attack on the player and ball but really amounted to very little. If he'd been a U/18 or player without a back story & covered in tatts, then I suspect his "X" would be a "D".
Save the pick for a kid from Vic.
