Barrassi looks about mid 40's so I'm going with 1980 - 1985 range.
Brashs was gone by early 90's from memory.
There is a big boundary line gap to fence so I'm going VFL park if indeed that's the boundary line.
It looks like a day game so its not the delayed lights out game.
It must be significant so maybe a final but we didn't play finals then.
Looks like saints in black shorts so our home ground.
Barks 150th and the game Moorwood & Foschini becames Saints in 1983?

They are Lockett’s hands and it is at VFL Park. There’s another player there, and you can almost make out his number.
