It looks to me that Ratts knows we need to be a super quick team as it suits our home ground. Looks like our midfield will finally has some wheels!!
Looks like Ratts has a plan to build a team. Targeting specific players to do so.

And a giant thank you/fvck you to Alan for achieving that outcome ...

Plus his other parting gift of DMak's 3 year contact extension.

I tell my kids how much better music was in 60's/70's/80's.
But this record reminds me it wasn't all good.

Not sure if this was the original, but the one I remember is the Ray Stevens one (though almost identical).
Trouble is for such a crappy song it does get into your head.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

Yeah I wasn't sure which one was the original but the Ray Stevens one had a lot longer build up before Jones came along so I thought I'd link this one.

He turned out to be a butter knife.
But then Geelong knew they only had to pay St Kilda for one year of his future service.
He would come as a free agent if he had remained at St KiIda for one more year.

Nah, Yeah. Not part of media noise but there was an informal agreement which worked out this year.

I thought that at the time, we were told that Jones was part of the Hannebury deal. But he wasn't coming until this year.
