I'm confused about this one as I don't know enough about League politics to know who Todd Greenburg would instruct the refs to cheat for or against? I know if Storm were playing they'd cheat against us wouldn't they Curly?

In regard RL and a Cartel - the competition AND one of the competing sides (Melbourne) were both owned by the one Company which Company gave brown paper bags of money to those playing for the team they owned, hence the stripping of premierships for salary cap rorting (and rightly so)
