I remember fondly the footage of Harvey side stepping and wrong footing the Carlton players one after another... sublime. Somebody please put it up if they know what I’m talking about.

I watched this as a kid and that bit of play is the very reason became a fan of St Kilda.

Good to have a "best of" in your CV.

Best field kick: Darren Jarman.

Best fend-off player: Dustin Martin.

After that Caaarlton game their coach David Parkin famously said that they wouldn't be able to takle Harvey even in a telephone box!

How aboit that overhead mark - probably the only one he ever took.

The only Saints player that baulks and fakes today is Gresham.
Perhaps a good coach would create faking and balking training drills to break open the zone from a mark or free kick...

If only we had a good coach...

What about Longy's goal earlier in the year. Bamboozled the man on the mark.

Yep that was awesome
Imagine if there was a conscious effort at training to actually teach that, rather than be a straight line Newnes
