BTW, there's no VFL game this week to prove himself if not selected.
finally finally finally thank you Kosi
Im not sure your background or even if you possess some empathic powers but Im after an opinion

I have been FIRMLY in the camp that he must play AND that he should be afforded a string of games to get used to AFL level. That game selection should've been the Carlton game but as a few would point out im just a keyboard nobody warrior. I would fully understand him playing a "straight-bat" regarding selection as more than likely he has been disappointed at not being selected before.
SO the question is - what did you read of his mindset ? I get that he has constantly battled re-injury but it occurred to me - what if he is coasting a bit - not on the training track or on game day but rather not getting in the coaches' faces asking/demanding them a shot... call it the Petracca syndrome
Sometimes players settle for a level and after what ? 5 years of good money playing in the seconds he might be content.

Its gotton to the point where he gets 37 and the club (richo) make excuses not to pick him...

Just play him. Cant be worse than half the team that goes out there every week this in this pathetic season.

This is fantastic news for his family and friends. It's going to create a great energy at the game and for the team. Look out if he kicks a goal on debut.

I have been wrong before and I will be again but congrats to Freeza. I hope he backs his body and leaves nothing in the tank. The sure patience and dedication of the man is amazing and I hope he loves every second he is out there. Well done mate, well done. I hope Paton is also getting a game.
