Reality is the list at the top end is not good enough. These are the guys who are able to change a game or keep you in it when your not playing well. If we were to list the top 2 players from each club and then list them 1-36 it will really show where out issues are:

While everyone will have different orders the point is we do not have a player in the top 20 and if you were to extend the exercise to 3 players i would say we don't have a player in the top 30.
We shouldn't be surprised by the results the last 2 weeks but have every right to be disappointed with the effort and lack of football smarts shown over the past 3 weeks.
