Re: Gresham
I think he was pretty comfortable with himself after his 5 goals in the last game in 2017...............
this game at this level tends to bite you when you get too comfortable.

Re: Gresham
The getting uncomfortable at the team meeting bulltish.
I don't actually think that happens.

Re: Gresham
Watching the Dare Sainter of the Day award interview with Geary didn't fill me with optimism. He waffled on about Brown keeping Hawkins quiet (Yeah, while skilful, quicker players danced around him into open goals). He said :"They (Geelong) made the most of their opportunities going forward" (Derrr, as if they could do it going backwards). The interviewer waxing lyrical about Carlisle having a number of uncontested marks (what about contested marks like Geelong's Stewart?). "Gotta stick together".... "Gotta get to work".... "Gotta train".... "Gotta keep improving"...."Try and get a win on the board"...."Improve going forward (cliche) and hopefully get a win this week".... and so on with more verbal diarrhoea. This nonsense stems from the coach and is repeated ad nauseam now by the captain.

Re: Gresham
Is that the best explanation for what's happened to Gresh? That he's drunk his own bathwater? He was so full of run and enthusiasm and seemed like a kid determined to be the one who could turn a game. I hope he doesn't turn out to be another Eli.
