Supported by The Robert Rose Foundation, the new VWFL competition is the first opportunity people with a physical disability will have to play AFL in a regular state-wide competition.
Launched last month, the 10-round competition is open to anyone with a physical disability, people with mobility issues as well as able-bodied people who are interested in getting involved.
Round 1 of The Robert Rose Foundation VWFL competition will kick off on Sunday May 6 at Boroondara Sports Complex.

The Saints are led by Marcus Sander, a former Federal Police Officer who has been at the forefront of the sport since its inception.
