The AFL Match Review Panel has offered St Kilda's Jack Billings a fine if he makes an early guilty plea following his high hit on the weekend.
The AFL MRP's ruling was:
High contact, medium impact, in the play.
Although Billings elected to bump when he could have tackled, and although his target took no further part in the match, Billings previous clean record means an early guilty plea can see him escape a one week suspension, with just a fine plus 500 carryover Koschitzke points.
