Skills training
I reckon the basic skills of most if not all out players have gone backwards year on year. Players that came to us with elite skills now cant hit the side of a barn. Turnovers and shots on goal are killing us more than anything else. On the off chance Richo checks in to SS, why not do some extra sessions during the week, practicing kicking under real pressure.

Re: Skills training
Skill execution is apparently a function of composure. Composure is possibly a function of having a clear simple role. There seems to be no role sets in the team other than manically try to get the ball and harass the opposition (to little effect, unfortunately). No tactical running off the ball, no stay on your man defence. It looks exhausting and inept on Foxtel, perhaps there is an elegance live that is not captured, but I think that's unlikely. The coaches philosophy may be questionable, or there are 22 slow learners each week.

Re: Skills training
Paddy needs 50 set shots every training session. If he can learn to nail them he may develop into a useful key forward for us.
Thought he showed a bit today. Needs a routine and some confidence
