How many dud coaches do we employ ?

Piss dud dixon off
Save the club some money

I can give them goal kicking advice for free
It's simple
I don't give a rats tossbag how you kick the ball just aim between the big sticks .
Players have got to much shite going on in there heads when it comes to having a shot

Number 1 problem we have this year and last. Perplexing we’re so bad and appear to not be improving at all

Sp why don't we make it our prime focus at training?

Make them practise goalkicking and fieldkicking for 3 or 4 hours EVERY training day till we see improvement.

Yes the medical staff will say you cant do that because you will get soft tissue injuries.
But who cares!
We will never be competitive against anyone till we get our kicking right!

I would seriously accept half the team sitting out because they were injured from getting their kicking action and head right, than to spend the year making 1/3 of our shots at goal.

i had a good conversation over the summer with an ex player who was probably one of the best kicks for goal we have had. He has coaching experience (granted at a lower level) and offered his services to work with guys goal kicking, initially on the quiet and potentially more permanent, which he believes for some will be very easy to fix. He was told they would get back to him and followed up and was told they had hired Dixon. He was philosophical about it and just wants to see his old team win.
I wonder sometime if they go for the popular good guy selection rather than the, perhaps more obscure selection who may have been out of the headlines for a while.
