Was good to meet a few of the players and hear Henry Playfair give a bit of a summary on the new recruits.

But thought the function was a bit disorganised.

The 5 questions was a bit silly and didn't have any point, the BBQ wasn't ready, the queue was long, it was crowded and in a wind tunnel, there was a door prize but no-one could hear and many like me didn't get a ticket when we arrived.
Thought the format last year at the bowls club was much better, apart from being too hot to play bowls.

It was however amazing watching the StK ladies team train. Some of those girls have great skills and are seriously fit.
Not to mention, ... No, I won't mention it!

Agree with all of the above! But still great just hanging out with the guys and my son loves it because the players are great with him.

Asked a couple of players what they thought about this AFLX rubbish and was surprised to hear them say they were really looking forward to it - sounded genuinely interested as opposed to the "party line".
