Any word on how he is going ? I heard a rumour he had a strain pre-Xmas.

Interested to hear if he is on the track today. Fingers crossed.

Some texts I received today:
From Moorabbin training

“At training. I can dispel the negative Freeman rumours!”

Actually ...

Latest from Moorabbin:

No he's not.in main group ... running laps with Paddy, Gresham and Austin....but running freely.

Freeman watch pt 3

He's now running around doing a drill including kicking, twisting, etc

Steele, Armo, a very trim Goddard all in full training.Minch just got minor lower leg injury. ....now running laps

All the above from Scoop (I hope he doesn’t mind me posting)

Injuries are part and parcel of the game. That is life and several Saints players will face it this year. There are always a handful that won't see the year out. Its no mystery that the clubs that do well bypass the above somewhat.

I truly hope Freemam plays a few games but I'm not entirely confident he will. Feel for the guy as if he misses most the year through injury them he will probably get the chop. He is a talent and very hard worker so he deserves the luck.
