he also visited the All Blacks program
This year, he camped himself inside the All Blacks before their Test against South Africa in September. He looked at their program, the environment and himself in relation to leadership and delegation.

“I’ve still got to get out of the way a bit,” he said when asked about his greatest lesson.

If we don’t make finals in 2018 he should be sacked.

I thought a coach has to be a teacher, a leader, and a guide?
Summertime just means lots of sunburn, lots of pain.
Long wait till footy season, when the pain of sunburn is replaced by the pain of missed opportunities, missed shots at goal,
mistakes under pressure...
