Neither will make the team, other players in the same roles have been better

Predict next year Billings, Gresham and one of Paddy, Membrey, Acres to join them!

Good on them (hopefully the selectors didn't watch the game yesterday, the worst for both for the year).

The AFL erection for the Bont is at an all time high.

Billings had more disposals, more marks, more goals, more behinds, more goal assists.
And was ranked
4th in total goal assists
8th in total score involvements
8th in goal assists per game

Not saying Billings should be in the squad... but the hype around the Bont is crazy

forgetting that the ball came back with interest after a turnover.

Yeah, thanks Seb, for blazing away with eyes closed, hey

2020 was an aberration, when we travelled twice to Adelaide and won both, beat Tigers early, beat our bogey Swans. 2021 we've returned to our old ways. Damn

Our problem is that virtually all of our players are exactly the same. Very few can kick or handball to advantage.

Seb Ross had a disposal efficiency of 73%, 7th in the entire competition for total number of effective disposals but hey don't let the facts get in the way of another bulls*** whinge

Have you actually been to a game this year? I doubt it very much!

Not as fussed about this year, but Steven was absolutely robbed last year, was a top 4 midfielder in my opinion and beat selwood in almost every stat and had a dominant year. Most underrated footballer of the last 5 years

StKilda's lack of elite talent was as obvious to the AA selectors as it is to the Saintsational members.

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

No Saint in the final All Australian team, but no surprise as the playing group just underperformed over the season. Need a better team work ethic next season.

After 4 years of rebuilding ...
No All-Australians.
No Rising Stars.
No superstars.
A coach who's lifted us from 16th to 11th.

On the plus side, maybe this will encourage a few of our fairweather supporters to rack off!

A classic case of under-performing no matter how much gloss is put on it.

It is a bit of an indictment, not to mention a number 1 draft pick that has hardly played and at this day, sadly, looks like a career that will never get going.

Indeed. An absolute travesty that he was overlooked. He'd been consistently good over a number of years as his three B & Fs are testament to. I thought it was consistently high level performances over a number of years got you a spot. Not if you play for the saints, it seems.

I think you're pretty tough, don't I?
