3 x 1 week bans were issued for breaching the INAPPROPRIATE POST RULE.
Please note that White Winmar has been gracious in understanding his permanent ban for his NIC as a result of receiving his 3rd ban in 1 year.
Like others before him - he is able to return with a new NIC if and when he so chooses, but under the watchful eye of the MODS to ensure that he posts within the rules.
