Pardon my ignorance, but who is The Oo?

Don't own a hiwatt, but if you can find an old one, that's what the best Marshalls are trying to sound like. Actually, I'd prefer a Goldentone, and I do have one of those.

I presume that the "Oo" is the cockney pronunciation of the "Who"

"A little band from Shepherds Bush, The Oo" Intro from Isle of Wight or Live at Leeds can't remember which.

The Who made some great music in the 60s, but turned into utter crap in the 70s. Too bad Pete Townsend turned out to be a pedowhatsit.
