Cotchin deserves a week for stupidity, if they start handing out 1 week bans for all punches off the ball then we could get rid of this blight on the game.
has not surprised me to see all and sundry- MEDIA - suggesting Cotchin only used an ' open' hand on Lonie- and others suggesting Lonie ' took a dive' and should stop this (am sue Llloyd will take this tack)
But forgive me if my aging eyes are mistaken But Cotchen Does close his fist as he hits Jack- it is not a slap across the stomach - it is a punch to the solar plexus.

don't be so one eyed. yes it was a stupid move by cotch and he probably gets a week but Lonie hams it up big time and this isnt the first time he has done so. I hate that as an opposition fan and when it is one of our own. Schneider used to do it and i reckon lonie makes it a part of his game as well
Its exactly the same as Jack Steven and Ballantyne from the week before.
There's definite contact & Lonie hams it up. Cotchin should know better than to get himself in the situation in the first place. Slap him with a fine, tell him the next one gets him a week's holiday (because it's not his first one this season), and move on.
He does embellish things occasionally but this one was no Clayton "I think somebody touched my chin, should I go down? Yeah, I think I'll get away it" Oliver.

Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.
