Surely this has to stop now...

11 handballs, 4 kicks, 2 tackles, didn't trouble the scorers.

He's been way down all season minus his one good game in the training run vs Hawthorn... he's a deplorable shot for goal at the moment and really seriously is lacking in impact.

That mongrel aspect of his game that we loved last season is completely gone.

I had had him as a top 5 player in terms of importance at the start of the season but he's really fallen from grace IMO.

The rumour mill has him battling an ankle injury but regardless, surely he has to be dropped now. Go find form at Sandy and come back bigger and better.

I feel like if he continues to get picked whilst producing what he has been, it reflects very badly on Richo as a coach and creates an air of playing favourites.

At this point, surely he goes out for Acres, or DMac/Savage have a go as a forward, or the maligned Wright has another crack or you take a punt on Freeman or Long.
Anything.

Richo told Mav to go back and do Gilbo's role.
Which he didn't seem to do so well, if he only got 15 disposals.

He is nothing like he was last year, and it's sad to see.
Needs to get back to basics and start eating raw meat again, get that hunger and fire in belly

The spell at Sandy seemed to work for Lonnie, Bruce and Jack Steele so maybe it's what Mav needs.
