Lets pretend we had an academy zone and we have pick 3 (Hawks) and rate this kid as a clear pick 1.
We would be allowed to:
a) jump the queue to get him
b) get a 20% discount ON TOP of that.
We could just say ok we only need 2400 points to get him. Pick 3 is 2,234. We have a deficit of just 166. So here is pick 58. Bang. Done.
It is such a HUGE advantage when you think about it.
We would then get the number 1 pick and then still have our pick 8 or 9 or whatever it is to use on someone else.
Absolute joke.
