Sorry stoney!!!!!! But I disagree!!!!

Billy was rubbish. He is a witches hat when there isn't a ruck contest on, drops easy marks, and when he does get a possession through mark (rare) or free kick, all he does is handball 5 metres to a teammate. Not damaging enough. Our players get into trouble trying to avoid giving the ball to him, because he is a dear in headlights once he gets the ball. Raises his arms with both hands on the ball and has no idea how to dispose of it.

Hickey could run out on the ground for Sandy looking like Mr McGreg (a leg for an arm and an arm for leg) and still put on a better display than Billy's last night. Like Shrodes said: he's a witches hat!

Why Hickey was replaced after 4 games I do not know.. he wasn't great but he had proven himself last year.. longer has proved that he can bullock but do nothing else at this stage.
Ruckman mature later so I'm happy to wait a year or two for him but geez.. surely a ruckman can mark the ball occasionaly or maybe kick the ball..

I was kicking and marking a footy in the park with mates from the age of about 8.
How come Longer is getting paid big bucks as a "professional" and still can't do what we could do as an 8 year old?

Think it's more that no one was there. No match report from anyone on here so all we can look at are his stats, which are ordinary. It was his first week back from injury so he gets a pass.
