When Yvette Wroby set out to follow every St Kilda game through the 2015 season, she also had an evolving family situation that takes this book well beyond the realms of the standard football memoir. Though football is central to events, this is really an exploration of the connections we make in life, the ways in which we seek meaning within a larger context.
I was unable to attend the launch last Thursday, however, I picked up my (signed!) copy from Yvette at the match last Saturday. It's a really good read! If you have a love for family, and a love for footy and enjoy seeing how these two elements of life can intertwine, then do yourself a favour and get yourself a copy! Good on you Yvette!
