Bit worried about our star fullback.

Had a bag of ice strapped to both legs in the rooms after the game.

Was moving slower than me.

On tv, he was walking off the ground with Steele, seemed to be walking fine.
But walking n running are different

After cooling down things can dramatically change, but I hope you are right.

Wasn't a good look

I noticed Brown definitely favouring a leg when he was walking off the oval, then to see him all iced up in the rooms was a bit of a worry.

Actually many of them had ice packs on various body parts.

Can't recall who it was, maybe Joey, had the hamstring area of the leg with a huge ice pack on.

Gears had a forearm wrapped with an ice packet. I thought maybe that is normal for him, and he has it iced after each game, due to that horrendous elbow and arm break he had a couple of years back.

I suppose seeing it was a Friday night telecast, and because we won, we had more TV insight into our rooms after a match than usual. It's possible normal routine for the players to have so many ice packs on - we just don't usually see so much coverage of the Saints in the rooms post match.

So I think Keep Calm and Carry On with Ice Packs!

Can't believe nothing has been said how he kept Paton out of the game. Top game and to date I haven't been a massive fan. That could change.

No, it's been commented on, but only here afaik.

Richo gave him and Jake a big rap in his after game press conference.

He has been really impressive for us hasn't he.

He would have to be clinically dead if this is true.

He copped a knock last week late, might still be feeling it once the injection wore off

Brown hardly get a possession.
He sacrifices his own game to silence his opponent.
He avoids the spectacular, just does the job.
He realises he has team mates to clear the ball out so just sticks to that monster forward.

If Brown drops out who comes in to replace him.
Dempster is no more.
Goddard has cement boots.
Brown moves faster on one leg.
Joyce needs a few more years to learn the game.
I don't want Roberton tied down by a key position role so it probably means Gilbert to CHB and Carlisle to FB

Brown has been tremendous ... he's played on some of the best forwards in Kennedy, Hawkins, Patton etc and has curbed their influence significantly, these are the sort of big forwards that always used to get to us. Also his kicking ain't as bad as I was led to believe. He's a very good pick up
Wonder if he was just knocking off a couple of bags of ice for his Esky
