Coaches improving, midfield bats deeper this year and Robbo and Seb Ross starring. Also don't discount the confidence for the rest of the team that having Carlisle and Brown in defence. We are probably similar close to West Coast in that we are really hard to beat at Etihad

That's a fair assesment.

This weekend we beat the Giants, Norf smashed the Crows and Richmond gave the Doggies a run for their money.

So on this weekends for you'd have to think we are a real chance against those that you 'rank'.

Even after this weekends results, I still agree with Con that the Crows, GWS and Dogs are the most likely this year.

Cats, Tigers and Eagles are all on the next level, and after this weekend we can just about add the Saints to that group.

We need to win the next two. The Blues have improved and will be no pushover. Sydney played in the GF last season. They are down on confidence, but it wouldn't pay to underestimate them.

One win against a benchmark side like GWS means we are capable of matching the top teams but nothing else if we don't back it up with good football against the lesser lights.
