Yeah it does seem unusual to drop players out of the starting 18, but I reckon Long will come in for Lonie…

I would be nervous about playing all of Gresh, Long and Lonie. The Pies have a deep midfield that is playing well. So I would be reluctant to go in light against them with mids, and morseo as our best mid in Steven is not playing.
