I think Billings has to play half forward.. the one area he seems excellent in is marking.. he marks tall for his height and he has a strong left shot for goal...

McCartin needs to play the next 3 weeks at Sandy as full foward. If he can kick 15 goals in 3 weeks then send him back to the AFL.

I thought Billings played really well against the 'pies last year. Lets hope he stand up and puts in another great showing tomorrow.

I reckon you'll start a thread.... the same as the other 50 gems you've already created.

Then he won't play well and could be under pressure to hold his spot. Pretty straight forward really.

Alternatively you could actually try discussing your opinions and cut the whole shock and run garbage that you pull time and time again to the point that ppl see through and have low tolerance for your antics

I myself would have been a better recruiting team than our actual recruiting team. At the time I would have drafted Billings and Petracca. Still a better job than what we've done

Haha I see your boys are going down to freo at home

If you combine petracca & watts stats you get a serviceable game.

what a pathetic reply. So I'm the only saints supporter that wanted Petracca then?

Petracca just kicked a beauty. Goal that is.

I always wanted Petracca because Paddy has diabetes.

1 clearance today & 7 tackles in 4 games.

Obviously going to be a very good player, but at the moment he's a skillful but unaccountable seagull…

Petracca
20 pos
2 goals... both excellent goals

I would be happy if a 20yo saint did that

Though Watts took a couple of big contested marks also... not normally his thing...

So between them, I wouldn't say too average??

BTW
MAV plays a similar position to Christian... how many tackles has he laid?

I just did a player comparison between CP and Paddy

Same age, both generally played forward... both played 20 games.... one has done a knee, the other had concussion and other injuries.

As a saints fan, probably don't go and have a look, it's not great reading.

Well, Mav laid 5 in round 1 vs Christian' zero.

Petracca followed that performance up with 2 vs the blues and 1 vs Geelong before his 4 today... so 7 in 4 games
A horribly out of form Weller only laid one since round 1 bringing him to 6 in 3 games

Mav has been pretty ordinary IMO so that doesn't help Christians case much…

We have actually had a 20 year old kick 2 goals with 20 possessions not that long ago, he kicked 4 the week before that with 22 touches and 2 brownlow votes… Petracca who is actually 21 is only 5 months younger BTW.

Is there an age difference between MAV and CP?

Last I checked, one was in the leadership group, one is 20 gamer... maybe I'll compare their numbers?

What a fruitless exercise… comparing a KPF with a mid at 21 years of age.

One of your silliest yet.

As expected, not much between them... maybe CP slightly ahead

But then again, MAV is 4 years and 70 games his senior.... at the same age, no comparison... as the case will be when CP is 25
