In Seaford when you say we own it I think it's just the lease as the council owns the land so what do we really own there?
Can we sublease it out for more than what we are leasing it for?
I don't see that as a major asset.
We have a poor stadium deal that needs to be fixed asap now the AFL own the stadium.
Revenue has always been a problem, Membership and Sponsorship are not at the levels of other clubs.
On field success plays a huge role, the near misses of the last 20 years in 1997, 2004/5 and 2009/10 have cost us dearly with new generation supporters. St Kilda girl, burning dwarf didn't help either.
This is the best administration we have had in my time so I hope they can turn things around when Moorabbin is built and we have a great facility to call home. It will put us up with everyone else for facilities.
