Can any one tell me what happened to the Chris Johnston trade that apparently was finalized early in the week? I was under the impression that was a a done deal.
Don't get me wrong I think we have done very well.

we only got Hamill and co cause we conned the world that Malcolm Blight was taking us to the holy grail....not holy hell.

Fair to say Lyon and Co have done a superb job.

Don't get me wrong I think we have done very well.

When the Leigh Fisher trade as part of the sawns deal fell over- because our guys told swannies - pick 26 for the 2 , and no fish- the chris johnson deal became a non issue

Yep - as with every trade for every club there is always some risk, but considering what many of us dared to hoped for - the oucome was more than I expected could be achieved by the club.

A great thing is that it does appear to be St Kilda team effort.

It makes sense to trade from club's where you have inside knowledge - not only because you have a foot in the door but also some understanding of the politics regarding the clubs decision making and inside knowledge of the players potential, behaviours, work ethics, fitness etc.

I must admit to a shiver down my spine when Fish's name was bandied about, but in the end it is damn great result IMHO ... It was also very good that RL explained to us what actually happened.

Well done St Kilda - Credit to everyone involved.

i don't believe that little kenny had anything to do with it...the guy is a mental midget...ffs...you have been told that by enough pple in the know.....just accept it as the truth...the guy is seriously out of his depth ......and is just about out the door...ansd will be as soon as his replacement has given the nod to the club........
