Need to get him over to a calming influence like Gardy
Seriously though, would love him but would the inevitable bad press and gossip pieces of Cousins and Gardiner being at the same club distract the club and he other players?
Can we afford the possible disruption?
On field, as he showed against us, Cousins is still a champion player. Off field well the spotlight would be on him big time in Melbourne.
The positive is that Gardiner has not slipped up even though he played no football last season. Could Cousins do the same?
